Data Deletion — GoGetSpark

GoGetSpark is a software service and brand operated by Letisan America Inc.

This page explains how to disconnect Facebook or Instagram from GoGetSpark, request deletion of information associated with those connections, or request deletion of your GoGetSpark account and workspace data.

Disconnect Facebook or Instagram from GoGetSpark

You can disconnect a connected social-media account at any time.

Sign in to GoGetSpark.
Open the relevant Store.
Go to Social → Settings.
Find the Instagram or Facebook connection.
Select Disconnect and confirm.

When you disconnect an account:

the active access credentials stored for that connection are deleted or made unusable;
GoGetSpark can no longer use that connection to access or publish to the account;
the connection is marked as disconnected.

Disconnecting GoGetSpark does not delete or modify content that was already published on Facebook or Instagram.

Remove GoGetSpark from Facebook or Instagram

You may also remove GoGetSpark directly through the account-management settings provided by Facebook or Instagram.

The exact location of these controls may change over time as Meta updates its products and settings.

When Meta sends GoGetSpark a valid account-deletion or deauthorization request, GoGetSpark will process the request and remove the stored credentials and Meta connection information associated with that authorization, including information such as:

Facebook Page identifiers;
Facebook Page names;
Instagram professional-account identifiers;
Instagram usernames;
profile information associated with the connection;
and reusable access credentials.

Where Meta provides a deletion confirmation mechanism, GoGetSpark may provide a confirmation code or status that can be used to verify that the request was processed.

What We May Keep

After a Facebook or Instagram connection is removed, GoGetSpark may retain a minimal non-sensitive record showing that:

a connection previously existed;
which GoGetSpark Store it belonged to;
when it was disconnected or deleted;
and limited security or audit information relating to the event.

These retained records do not contain reusable access tokens or other credentials that would allow GoGetSpark to access the disconnected Facebook or Instagram account.

Content created inside GoGetSpark, such as:

content plans;
drafts;
approved content;
Brand information;
Product information;
Calendar records;
and other workspace data,

is separate from Meta connection data and is not automatically deleted merely because Facebook or Instagram is disconnected.

Delete Your Entire GoGetSpark Account and Workspace Data

If you want to request deletion of your entire GoGetSpark account and associated workspace data, you may submit a deletion request through the Data Deletion functionality available on gogetspark.app.

For security, we may require verification that the request comes from an authorized user of the relevant GoGetSpark account.

Subject to applicable legal, security, fraud-prevention, backup, and recordkeeping requirements, we will delete or anonymize information that is no longer required to operate the account or comply with applicable obligations.

Certain limited records may need to be retained where required by law or reasonably necessary for:

security;
fraud prevention;
dispute resolution;
enforcement of agreements;
financial or legal recordkeeping;
or protection of the rights and safety of GoGetSpark and its users.

Deletion of your GoGetSpark account does not automatically remove content that was previously published to third-party platforms such as Facebook or Instagram. Any such content must be managed through the relevant third-party platform.
