("Letisan America," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you use GoGetSpark, our software service and brand available at gogetspark.app, together with its related software, applications, artificial intelligence features, integrations, tools, and services (collectively, the "Services").

otherwise interact with the Services.

By using GoGetSpark, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

The information we collect depends on how you use GoGetSpark.

1.1 Account Information

When you create, receive access to, or use a GoGetSpark account, we may process information such as:

your name;
email address;
authentication information;
company or organization name;
account role;
workspace membership;
Store access;
account preferences;
login activity;
and security information.

Authentication credentials are handled through our authentication infrastructure. GoGetSpark does not store readable account passwords.

1.2 Business, Brand and Store Information

GoGetSpark allows Customers to maintain information about their businesses, Stores, brands, and products.

This may include:

Store name;
business description;
Brand Profile;
target customer information;
brand positioning;
brand tone and messaging;
logos;
product names;
product descriptions;
prices;
variants;
product URLs;
product images;
product catalogs;
ecommerce information;
marketing preferences;
and other business information submitted to the Services.

We use this information to provide personalized marketing, planning, content-generation, and related functionality.

1.3 Customer Content

We may process content that you upload, create, import, submit, or generate through GoGetSpark, including:

text;
prompts;
instructions;
captions;
marketing copy;
images;
logos;
product information;
files;
social-media content;
email content;
campaign ideas;
drafts;
revisions;
approvals;
and other materials.

We refer to this information as Customer Content.

You remain responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to provide Customer Content to GoGetSpark.

2. Artificial Intelligence

GoGetSpark uses artificial intelligence to provide features such as:

marketing planning;
social-media planning;
content generation;
caption and copy generation;
image-related analysis;
product selection;
email content generation;
campaign planning;
content revision;
and other AI-assisted functionality.

To perform these functions, relevant portions of Customer Content may be processed by GoGetSpark and by third-party artificial-intelligence service providers used to deliver the requested functionality.

Depending on the feature, information processed may include:

prompts;
business information;
Brand Profile information;
Product Catalog information;
product images;
marketing history;
existing or previous content;
campaign information;
and instructions provided by the Customer.

We seek to limit information sent to an AI provider to information reasonably necessary to perform the requested function.

AI-generated results may be stored within GoGetSpark so that Customers can review, edit, approve, decline, reuse, or otherwise manage the output.

Customers should avoid submitting sensitive personal information to AI features unless doing so is necessary, appropriate, and lawful.

3. Connected Facebook and Instagram Accounts

GoGetSpark allows Customers to connect eligible Facebook and Instagram accounts through services provided by Meta Platforms, Inc.

Authentication occurs through Meta's authorization process.

GoGetSpark does not ask Customers to provide their Facebook or Instagram passwords directly to GoGetSpark.

When you authorize a Meta connection, we may receive or process information such as:

Facebook Page identifiers;
Facebook Page names;
Instagram professional-account identifiers;
Instagram usernames;
account names;
account type;
profile information;
profile images;
permissions granted;
authorization status;
token expiration information;
and other information necessary to operate the authorized connection.

4. Meta Access Tokens and Connection Credentials

Access tokens and other provider credentials are treated as sensitive information.

GoGetSpark's architecture is designed so that Meta credentials:

are stored server-side;
are protected from normal customer-facing access;
are not stored in browser local storage;
are not returned through ordinary customer-facing application responses;
are not displayed to Customers;
and are associated with the specific GoGetSpark Account, Store, and provider connection for which they were authorized.

A connected Facebook Page or Instagram account associated with one Store is not intended to be usable by another Store or another Customer.

5. How We Use Meta Platform Data

Information obtained through Meta is used to provide functionality requested or authorized by the Customer.

Depending on the functionality available, this may include:

connecting a Facebook Page;
connecting an Instagram professional account;
identifying the account that was connected;
displaying connection information;
verifying that the connection remains valid;
maintaining supported authorization credentials;
preparing approved content for publication;
publishing content authorized by the Customer;
recording publication status;
troubleshooting connection problems;
and providing related GoGetSpark Social functionality.

We do not sell Meta access credentials or use them to access unrelated Customer accounts.

Your use of Facebook and Instagram remains subject to Meta's own terms, policies, and platform rules.

6. Disconnecting Facebook or Instagram

Customers may disconnect supported Meta accounts from GoGetSpark.

When a connection is disconnected, GoGetSpark removes, disables, or otherwise makes unusable the active credentials associated with that connection so that they cannot be used for future provider requests.

We may retain limited non-sensitive operational records relating to a previous connection when reasonably necessary for:

security;
fraud prevention;
audit purposes;
troubleshooting;
legal compliance;
or maintaining accurate service records.

Retained records are not intended to include reusable access credentials.

7. Meta Data Deletion

GoGetSpark provides a public Data Deletion process for information associated with Facebook and Instagram connections.

Customers may request deletion by:

disconnecting their Meta account within GoGetSpark;
using the GoGetSpark Data Deletion page available through gogetspark.app; or
sending a written request to Letisan America Inc. at the address listed in Section 30.

Meta may also transmit an authorized data-deletion request directly to GoGetSpark through the callback configured for the GoGetSpark Meta application.

Valid deletion requests are processed in accordance with applicable law, Meta's platform requirements, and our legitimate security and recordkeeping obligations.

8. External AI Assistants and Connected Applications

GoGetSpark may allow Customers to connect external applications and AI assistants through authorized integrations, including technologies such as the Model Context Protocol ("MCP").

An authorized external assistant may receive limited GoGetSpark information in order to perform functions requested by the Customer.

Depending on the Customer's account, permissions, Stores, and enabled GoGetSpark services, this information may include:

Account information;
accessible Stores;
enabled GoGetSpark modules;
Brand information;
Product Catalog information;
product images;
Social planning information;
Social content history;
Email planning information;
marketing history;
calendar availability;
and aggregate Audience information.

Access is controlled through authentication and authorization.

External applications do not automatically receive unrestricted access to the Customer's GoGetSpark account.

Customers are responsible for deciding which third-party applications and external AI services they authorize.

9. Email Marketing Information

Where GoGetSpark Email Marketing functionality is used, GoGetSpark may process information such as:

email addresses;
contact names;
subscription status;
Lists;
Segments;
newsletter history;
import records;
consent-related information;
unsubscribe information;
suppression information;
and related campaign information.

This information is processed to provide Email Marketing functionality requested by the Customer.

Business Customers are responsible for ensuring that the contact information they upload, import, or use through GoGetSpark was collected and is used lawfully.

Customers are also responsible for complying with applicable laws concerning:

marketing consent;
commercial email;
unsubscribe requests;
suppression;
privacy notices;
and contact-data collection.

10. Email Audience Information and External AI

GoGetSpark's external AI planning integrations are designed to limit exposure of individual Email Audience information when individual records are not necessary.

For ordinary Email planning purposes, external AI context may include information such as:

total subscriber count;
List names;
Segment names;
and aggregate counts.

Individual contact email addresses are not intended to be included in ordinary AI newsletter-planning context.

11. Information Collected Automatically

When you access or use GoGetSpark, we may automatically collect technical and operational information such as:

IP address;
device information;
browser type;
operating system;
pages and features accessed;
timestamps;
authentication activity;
application events;
error information;
security events;
and general usage information.

We may use this information to:

operate GoGetSpark;
authenticate users;
maintain security;
detect abuse;
troubleshoot errors;
improve reliability;
understand feature usage;
and improve the Services.

12. Cookies and Similar Technologies

GoGetSpark may use cookies and similar technologies necessary to:

authenticate users;
maintain sessions;
protect account security;
remember application preferences;
operate website functionality;
and understand general usage of the Services.

Some cookies are necessary for GoGetSpark to function.

If GoGetSpark introduces additional advertising or tracking technologies that require consent under applicable law, appropriate notices or controls may be provided.

13. How We Use Information

We may use information processed through GoGetSpark to:

provide and operate the Services;
authenticate users;
manage Accounts and Stores;
maintain Brand and Product information;
generate AI-assisted content;
provide Social Media functionality;
provide Email Marketing functionality;
maintain connected integrations;
publish content when authorized;
provide external AI integrations;
provide customer support;
maintain security;
prevent fraud and misuse;
diagnose technical problems;
maintain audit records;
enforce our Terms of Service;
improve the Services;
comply with legal obligations;
and protect the rights and security of GoGetSpark and its users.

14. How We Share Information

We may disclose information to third parties when reasonably necessary to operate GoGetSpark or provide functionality requested by the Customer.

Categories of recipients may include:

Service Providers

Companies that help us provide:

hosting;
databases;
authentication;
storage;
infrastructure;
monitoring;
artificial intelligence;
communications;
analytics;
customer support;
payment processing;
and other technical services.

Artificial Intelligence Providers

Information necessary to perform a requested AI function may be processed by third-party AI providers.

Connected Platforms

When you connect or use an external platform, relevant information may be exchanged with that platform as necessary to provide the requested functionality.

This includes platforms such as Facebook and Instagram when you authorize GoGetSpark to interact with those accounts.

External Applications You Authorize

Information may be made available to third-party applications, external AI assistants, or other integrations that you explicitly authorize.

Professional Advisers

We may disclose information to attorneys, accountants, auditors, insurers, and similar advisers where reasonably necessary.

Legal and Security Purposes

We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to:

comply with applicable law;
respond to a valid legal request;
protect rights or property;
investigate fraud or abuse;
enforce agreements;
or protect GoGetSpark, Customers, users, or the public.

Corporate Transactions

Information may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets, or similar corporate transaction.

15. We Do Not Sell Personal Information

GoGetSpark does not sell personal information for monetary consideration.

We do not sell:

Customer account information;
Product Catalog information;
Meta access credentials;
Facebook access tokens;
Instagram access tokens;
subscriber email addresses;
or Customer Content.

If our practices change in a way that constitutes a "sale" or "sharing" under applicable privacy law, this Privacy Policy will be updated and legally required controls will be provided.

16. Payments

When paid GoGetSpark subscriptions are offered, payment transactions may be handled by a third-party payment processor.

The payment provider may collect billing and payment information directly.

GoGetSpark is not intended to store complete payment-card numbers itself.

Payment information is also subject to the privacy practices and terms of the applicable payment provider.

17. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

Retention may depend on:

whether the Customer account remains active;
the nature of the information;
contractual obligations;
security requirements;
audit requirements;
fraud-prevention needs;
legal obligations;
and dispute-resolution needs.

For example:

active Customer data may be retained while an account remains active;
active provider credentials may be retained while an integration remains connected;
credentials may be deleted or disabled after disconnection;
security and audit records may be retained for a reasonable period;
backups may temporarily contain information after deletion from active systems;
and records may be retained where required by law.

When information is no longer reasonably required, we may delete or anonymize it.

18. Security

GoGetSpark uses technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized:

access;
disclosure;
alteration;
destruction;
loss;
or misuse.

Depending on the information and system involved, safeguards may include:

encrypted communications;
protected credential storage;
role-based access controls;
server-side authorization;
Account and Store isolation;
authentication controls;
logging;
monitoring;
and security testing.

No electronic system or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Customers are responsible for protecting their own:

passwords;
devices;
GoGetSpark accounts;
connected third-party accounts;
and authorized team access.

19. Customer and Store Isolation

GoGetSpark is designed as a multi-tenant platform.

Customer information is associated with specific GoGetSpark Accounts and Stores.

Access controls are designed so that users may access only Accounts and Stores they are authorized to use.

Connected social-media credentials are associated with the specific Store and provider connection for which authorization was granted.

A Customer with several Stores may connect different Instagram accounts and Facebook Pages to each Store.

One Store's connected credentials are not intended to be used to access or publish through another Store.

20. International Data Processing

GoGetSpark and companies that help us operate the Services may process information in the United States and other countries.

Privacy and data-protection laws may differ between countries.

Where applicable law requires a specific mechanism for international transfers of personal information, we will use legally recognized safeguards appropriate to the transfer.

21. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you reside and applicable law, you may have rights concerning your personal information.

These may include the right to:

request access;
request correction;
request deletion;
obtain a copy of certain information;
request restriction of certain processing;
object to certain processing;
request portability;
withdraw consent where processing depends on consent;
and appeal certain decisions regarding privacy requests.

These rights may be subject to exceptions and limitations under applicable law.

To submit a request, you may use the privacy or Data Deletion functionality available through gogetspark.app or send a written request to the mailing address listed in Section 30.

We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity before completing a privacy request.

22. U.S. State Privacy Rights

Residents of certain U.S. states may have additional rights under applicable state privacy laws.

Depending on the applicable law, these may include rights to:

know what personal information is processed;
access personal information;
correct inaccurate information;
delete personal information;
obtain a portable copy;
opt out of certain sales or sharing;
opt out of certain targeted advertising;
opt out of certain profiling;
and appeal denial of a privacy request.

GoGetSpark does not currently sell personal information for monetary consideration.

We will not unlawfully discriminate against an individual for exercising applicable privacy rights.

23. California Residents

California residents may have additional rights under applicable California privacy law.

Depending on the circumstances and applicability of the law, these rights may include requesting:

categories of personal information collected;
sources from which information was collected;
purposes for collection or use;
categories of recipients;
specific personal information maintained;

deletion;
and information concerning sale or sharing practices.

GoGetSpark does not currently sell personal information for monetary consideration.

24. European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland

Individuals located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland may have additional rights under applicable data-protection law.

These may include rights to:

correction;
deletion;
restriction;
objection;
portability;
withdrawal of consent;
and submission of a complaint to an appropriate data-protection authority.

Where Letisan America Inc. processes personal information directly for its own business purposes, it may act as a controller.

Where Letisan America Inc. processes information through GoGetSpark on behalf of a business Customer, that Customer may act as the controller and Letisan America Inc. may act as a processor or service provider.

Where a Customer controls the information, privacy requests relating to that information may need to be directed to the Customer first.

25. Customer-Controlled Personal Information

GoGetSpark Customers may process information concerning their own:

customers;
subscribers;
employees;
contractors;
prospects;
partners;
followers;
and other individuals.

In those circumstances, the Customer generally determines why and how the information is used through GoGetSpark.

The Customer is responsible for:

providing legally required privacy notices;
maintaining appropriate legal authority to collect and use information;
obtaining consent when required;
complying with applicable marketing laws;
processing unsubscribe requests;
respecting privacy rights;
and complying with other obligations applicable to its business.

GoGetSpark processes Customer-controlled information to provide the Services according to the Customer's instructions and applicable agreements.

26. Children's Privacy

GoGetSpark is intended for business and professional use.

The Services are not directed to children under 18, and children under 18 are not permitted to create or manage GoGetSpark accounts.

If we learn that a child has directly provided personal information to GoGetSpark in circumstances where it should not have been collected, we will take reasonable steps to address the information.

27. Service and Marketing Communications

We may send communications necessary to operate GoGetSpark, including:

security notices;
authentication messages;
account notifications;
service announcements;
integration notices;
and administrative communications.

Where permitted by law, we may also send promotional or marketing communications.

Recipients may opt out of promotional email using the unsubscribe mechanism provided in the communication.

Essential service or security messages may continue while an account remains active.

28. Third-Party Websites and Services

GoGetSpark may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, software, APIs, artificial intelligence providers, ecommerce services, social-media services, and other platforms.

We do not control the independent privacy practices of those third parties.

Your use of a third-party service is also governed by that provider's terms and privacy policies.

29. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as GoGetSpark evolves or as legal, security, technical, or operational requirements change.

When we update the Privacy Policy, we will revise the "Last updated" date.

Where appropriate, material changes may also be communicated through:
